  22. regarding the distribution of the TVicHw32:

  50. TVicHw32 is a Delphi 2.x component for Win32 applications that allows:
  51. - basic I/O over ports, comparable to the Port[] array in Delphi 1.x 
  52.   and Borland Pascal;
  53. - access to physical memory addresses;
  54. - hardware interrupts handling.
  55.  
  56. This release (1.1) of TVicHw32 is a shareware.
